Same things happened to me too!
They canceled my trip from Amsterdam to Berlin on 31.07 and they did not do anything to compensate nor did they return my refund. They do not even reply to my emails and phone calls now.

Spread the word, this is a contemptible fraud company!

I am currently writing to them to receive receipt of my expenses and other inconveniences they have caused…

The drivers were extremely friendly and the coaches comfortable and brand new.

They played a movie, served free coffee and had an extended break upon request from travelers!

Thanks BestBusTravel!
