The trick here is to book the whole flight as multicity and add one more segment – short one way flight from Lombok to Denpasar in Indonesia after your trip back from Thailand (the date doesn’t really matter as far as it’s after your return flight). You will obviously never take this flight, it’s just a trick to lower the price of the ticket thanks to error in Emirates’ booking system.

As a result, you will book multicity trip with 3 flights entered separately:

• Shanghai – Prague
• Lombok – Denpasar
